I am located at 381 Main St Poughkeepsie, NY Wednesday- Friday from 9am-9pm otherwise all other appointments would be onsite. Hours of Operation: Salon Services Wednesday-Friday 9am-9pm Walk in services based on availability On site Appointments Saturday and Sunday by appointment only Must book at least 2 weeks in advance I cannot perform any permanent makeup, facial, or waxing services not in the salon. Salon services: Cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted. The salon I work at is part of the Clover rewards program and you can earn points through checking in with the Clover App. On site makeup: Payment accepted: Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal transactions will have no fee attached. Credit and debit card transactions will have an extra 3.5% processing fee Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay accepted for large service transactions. They will also have a 3.5% credit or debit card fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy: •for appointments at the salon located at 381 Main St Poughkeepsie, please contact me directly by texting 845-390-5030, call the salon at 845-559-0033, WhatsApp wa.me/18453905030, or fill out the contact me form on the website to email me. •a 30% (thirty percent) non refundable no show fee will be charged to your card on file if you are more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late to your scheduled appointment time •please contact me 24 (twenty four) hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid being charged •if you cancel within the 24 (twenty four) hour period, you will still be charged the no show fee. This can be credited towards a reschedule appointment that same week. (Example: communicated you are unable to make your Wednesday 12pm appointment at 10am that day. You will be charged the 30% fee, but it will be used towards your new Thursday reschedule appointment) •even if I am informed you are running late for your appointment, if it is over the 15 minute grace period- I cannot guarantee I will be able to take you for your service. A reschedule appointment might be necessary. There are other clients appointments that can be impacted or the remaining time might not be enough to properly perform the service booked. •in the case that I am able to still take you if you are tardy for your appointment- if it is a timed appointment (ex- 90 minute makeup or 60 minute facial) you will only receive the service for the amount of time left in the appointment + 10 minutes. (Example- you are 30 minutes late to your 60 minute makeup appointment. You are only entitled to a 40 minute service) Thank you for reading and respecting my policies :)
